Working on behalf of our client based in Ellesmere Port. We are currently recruiting for a Machinist (Pipe Cutter)
Key Duties:
- Responsible for all cutting and prepping activities within the workshop, supply process pipe lengths ready for production.
- Maintaining, servicing and repairing of all equipment in the workshop.
- Working to agreed operational processes and procedures
- Observing safety guidelines when operating machinery.
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
- Previous experience of operating a bandsaw is essential.
- Previous experience of operating machinery in a production environment.
- Able to work to tight timeframes and delivery schedules.
- Happy with working overtime.
What our client can offer in return:
- Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm - Friday 8am to 2pm
- £17.25 per hour
- 14 hours of overtime available weekly
- Permanent employment after successful probation period.
