Royal Blue Healthcare are looking to recruit an excellentHome Managerto work at amediumsized nursing home in the Birkenheadarea.

We are looking for either an experienced nursing home manager or someone with management experience, who has strong occupancy increasing skills and works well with local authorities!

As Home Manager, you will assume overall responsibility for the day-to-day management including working to achieve occupancy targets and maintaining compliance with the CQC.

Role Requirements:

• Hold a current and valid NMC pin.
• Have relevant home manager experience.
• Excellent clinical and management skills.
• Prior experience in a nursing home setting.
• CQC management experience.
