Site Manager

Hays Construction are delighted to be working alongside this leading Liverpool-based Contractor, in recruiting for a Site Manager to join their team
Based in Merseyside, this Contractor works across the Northwest but is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team to work on prestigious projects in the area.

You will be an experienced and suitably qualified Site Manager, and must have experience working on mid-rise / multi-storey Commercial build projects
Reporting into the Senior Site Manager, you will be an accomplished and experienced Site Manager and have the necessary skills and qualifications for the role. You must have Commercial New Build project experience and must have worked in a management role previously. You will have ideally worked on new build apartment schemes previously, and be experienced with fit-outs, and the management of subcontractors, including managing programmes of work

You'll be a key part of the organisation and will be fundamental in supporting the future growth, development and delivery of significant projects for the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to join a really great business
