The Role As an Environmental Consultant, you'll diving straight into projects from day 1, preparing environmental permit applications and building relationships with clients. Your work will be varied across different projects, with focus areas such as agricultural sites, recycling centers, and energy-from-waste plants. Your day-to-day will include Producing risk assessments and key documents like management plans and site condition reports. Working closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Providing ongoing support to permitted sites by developing environmental management systems, conducting audits, and liaising with regulatory bodies. Chances to be involved in planning applications. About you Ideally, you’ve got at least 3 years of experience in an environmental role – perhaps in consultancy, regulation, or industry. Also, we would love to speak to people with experience in writing up environmental permits. This is a consultancy role, so this will suit someone with great project management skills and someone who is able to juggle deadlines and budgets.
