Human Resources Advisor (French Speaking) - Liverpool - Hybrid

One of our longest standing clients are seeking to hire a Human Resources Advisor based in Liverpool on a hybrid basis. The company have grown at a steady pace for the past 24 months and plan to grow even further. We have worked with them for many years now and can attest to their fantastic working culture!

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform intake of HR inquiries through multiple channels
• Provide employees and managers with policy advice on a variety of topics leaves of absence, new ways of work) and options to address issues
• HR Payroll
• Utilize knowledge base and HR/business understanding to interpret needs and resolve issues
• Guide managers on the application process for policies
• Support execution of employee movement, payroll, status changes, benefits/leaves etc
• Provide feedback for client service improvement projects
• Modify job letters, employee contract documents, and severance letters
• Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve policy and process acumen

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in French (writing and speaking)
• 1+ years in a Human Resources role
