Payroll Advisor, Liverpool, Hybrid working, 26-28k

Are you a Payroll Advisor with experience working at an Accountancy Firm/Umbrella business processing multiple client payrolls and looking for your next exciting and progressive opportunity?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and well-known accountancy firm in Liverpool. With a fantastic reputation and an impressive portfolio of clients, this firm offers the perfect environment for growth and progression. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager your key responsibilities include:
Processing end-end payroll for multiple client portfolio
Statutory payments including; SSP, SMP etc;
Liaising with HMRC and year-end reporting
Providing payroll advice and solutions to clients and supporting with queries
Maintain and update payroll records on Iris
Manual calculations
Keep up to date with payroll legislation

Skills required:
Must have Payroll Bureau/Umbrella background and experience processing multiple client payroll
Understanding of Iris payroll (desirable not essential)
CIPP qualification (or equivalent experience desirable)
Strong knowledge of current payroll legislation.
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Manual calculations (desirable)
