What the role will look like?
You will be leading our team of recruiters, where we help to recruit high quality nurses and support workers with external healthcare providers. You will play a key part in growing this team, increasing the service provision, including the number of clients and improving the depths of support we provide to our current clients.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring that your team’s KPI’s and growth targets are met.
- Implementing new processes with the team to improve efficiencies
- Managing the team through 1-to-1 meetings, weekly check ins and ongoing training.
- Implementing new sourcing ideas and methods across the team to maximise candidate outreach.
Who are we looking for?
- You will have previous experience managing a Temp team in Healthcare Recruitment with a strong track record of achieving team target goals.
- Proven track record of growing out a team, increasing the number of hours across the team
- You’ll be a confident verbal and written communicator who thrives on building relationships.
- Experience of using Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
- You’ll be a competitive person who enjoys over-achieving any goals set.
- You’ll be able to enthuse your colleagues with your passion for expansion, growth AND quality!
- You’ll be energetic, ambitious, switched-on and always alert to opportunity.
- You’ll have good commercial awareness and excellent analytical skills.
