About the role

An exciting opportunity to join a Liverpool-based Data team in the Real Estate sector. The function of the Senior Data Specialist will be to develop and maintain Data Management strategies, using your comprehensive knowledge to build structure and strengthen the format and flow of data between the external and internal systems.

Reporting directly to the Head of the department and stakeholders you will serve as the focal point of contact for all data-related activities, creating a clear insight into the performance and identifying areas for improvement with the wider business.

Role Requirements

• Experience in data management or analysis, able to translate complex problems
• Strong understanding of Interfacing with API’s through various technologies
• Proficiency with database and data management technologies (SQL, SAP Business Objects, Power BI)
• Experienced in implementing a robust data warehousing solution for PSF landscape
• Knowledge of Oracle Database would be beneficial but not necessary
• Education background in Computer Science or a related course would be preferable
