Tradesmen

We are looking for experinced & skilled tradesmen within the Liverpool area who are looking to work in a social housing or property services environment.

Looking for a long list of diffrent trades to work with contractors to assist with void, planned and emergency repairs and maintenance. All the below roles are on a temp-perm basis so we can pay either through CIS or Umbrella:

• Joiner's
• Plumber's
• Roofers
• Tilers
• Plasterers
• Kitchen & Bathroom fitter's
• Floorers
• Painters

All roles will have a van + fuel card + tools provided with the houlry pay rate based on skills & qualities.

We are looking for indivduals with past experince within the social housing or property services sector.
