An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager role join their talented marketing team. You’ll play a pivotal leadership role, setting the strategy and managing the execution of Digital Channels with the help of an internal team and 3rd party agencies.


Key focus of this role is Paid Media and SEO, ensuring these strategies are innovative, efficient and in line with wider business objectives. You will also support the Social Media strategy – driving innovation across this channel.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive measurable growth via comprehensive Digital strategies, channels including but not limited to PPC, Paid Social, SEO and Social Media
  • Ensure all digital campaigns are in line with the brand guidelines and communications strategy
  • Lead on customer acquisition strategy, using digital channels to generate new customers for the business
  • Hands-on optimisation to campaigns, adopting a test and learn approach and continually seeking performance improvements.
  • Propose and manage the overall annual Digital marketing budget, overseeing spend across all channels and ensuring all digital campaigns are delivered on-time and within budget, whilst meeting agreed KPIs, CPCs, targets.
  • Report on performance to the board providing strategic insight and recommendations based on data



What I’m looking for:

  • 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Proven success in the creation and management of digital acquisition strategies
  • Extensive knowledge/experience of search engine marketing (SEO and PPC)
  • In-depth experience of GA4 or a similar analytics package
  • Results focussed, with a strong commercial acumen
  • Analytical and data driven mind-set that guides and influences marketing decisions
