The Business Analyst Role:

Understand and document current processes, including business workflows and data, while facilitating and coordinating the documentation of detailed business requirements to serve as the future blueprint. They will collaborate cross-functionally with IT teams, the broader business, and external suppliers.

Essential Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams while working closely with senior decision-makers. Experience in gathering and challenging requirements, managing a product backlog in an agile environment, and using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is highly beneficial. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps or Jira and experience in fast-paced retail or supply chain environments are essential. Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, and relationship management are crucial. While formal qualifications in IT or related fields are advantageous, they are not required.
