Lead Business Analyst – Up to £60K – Liverpool

A leading financial and legal services businesses in Liverpool, with an average year-on-year growth of 20%, are at the point of levelling up and scaling their entire tech team. As part of this, they are looking for a Lead Business Analyst who has a strong knowledge in IT/Software to work as the senior in a squad, as well as setting a high standard of working across the function.

They are continuing to invest in the technology team with the introduction of a Lead BA to ensure that processes are clearly defined and communicated to all key stakeholders.

About you

• Strong commercial awareness and an in depth knowledge of Business Analysis in IT environments (Any fintech or insurance experience is a plus)
• Requirement gathering and collaboration with Product, Software, and UX team as well as stakeholders and customers to understand and break down requirements.
• Proven experience of defining business processes and coaching the BA team on technical analysis, best practices and cross functional upskilling
• Senior/Leadership experience- You’ll be the most senior Business Analyst in a team of 6
