Field Representative

Location: Liverpool and Wirral areas
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £25k Basic Salary + Commission (£50 per job fitted)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Door Canvasser to promote a new government scheme offering FREE internal wall insulation to households. The role involves speaking to residents at their homes, explaining the benefits of the scheme, and signing up interested individuals. As part of the canvassing team, you will be assigned specific areas to cover and will be expected to meet a daily sign-up target.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned areas and engage with residents to explain the benefits of the free internal wall insulation scheme.
• Meet a daily target of 5 sign-ups from interested residents. (from these maybe 1 will go ahead and be fitted)
• Maintain accurate records of visits and interactions using the provided phone.
• Answer any questions or concerns residents may have about the scheme.
• Work independently or as part of a team to cover assigned territories effectively.

Requirements:

• Transportation: Must have a reliable car or the ability to get around using public transport.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and the ability to engage and build rapport with residents.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, handle rejections, and stay motivated.
