As the Client Success Team Lead for this exciting technology company, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Account Management and customer support team, to ensure the satisfaction, retention, and growth of the businesses client base.

As the successful Client Success Team Lead your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to drive client engagement, adoption, and overall success with the business. You will collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align client needs with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client success management, negotiation and exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. You must also come from a B2B sales background. You must also have full right to work in the UK and have a full driving licence + Vehicle.

The role will be based in the office initially with the option of working on a Hybrid basis (3 days from the office & 2 days from home) once probation has been passed. The role is paying up to £36,000 as a base salary with a £6,000 bonus.
