Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an HSEQ & Compliance Officer at Beech Group. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 - 5 years of experience in this field. The HSEQ & Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining compliance management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting analytical assessments, and communicating compliance requirements. Production of annual waste management reports. Maintaining Beech Group Hazardous Waste Register in line with the Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005. Assisting with ISO 14001 internal and external audits, To ensure compliance with the requirements of the company's ISO 45001. The role will be primarily based in Liverpool/ Wirral and surrounding areas in the North West. Full Drivers Licence required and company vehicle provided. Competitive Salary 40k - 50k.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance management, regulatory compliance, and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of environmental legislation
• A good working knowledge of demolition/asbestos removal activities
• Energy and enthusiasm to learn and develop.
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the construction or industrial sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
