We are seeking an analytical individual with effective communication skills to join our successful and established Projects department as a Project Manager. You will introduce, facilitate and manage delivery of projects and key tasks across the group, whilst ensuring that we keep appropriate stakeholders engaged.



The Project Manager will ultimately own the governance around their team of Business Analysts, ensuring that all the appropriate Agile ceremonies and artifacts are in place.



Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Liverpool City Centre on a Hybrid basis

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £35,000 per Annum plus £5000 target-based bonus



What you will be doing:

  • Manage all Business Analysts within their product area
  • Ensure that Business Analysts adhere to the required governance in place
  • Host any appropriate internal governance to keep projects on track
  • Attend and contribute to daily standups
  • Provide suitable project updates to senior team members and stakeholders each week
  • Help promote an altruistic culture across the team
  • Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution
  • Raise and track issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required
  • Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors
  • Improve the business processes for each department through analysis and collaboration
  • Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision
  • Appropriate P1 issues are circulated to senior manager


What we are looking for:

  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Able to manage complex workloads and meet numerous deadlines
  • Excellent people skills, able to collaborate with a wide range of people to meet deadlines
  • An eye for detail, able to use data to identify opportunities
  • Previous leadership or coaching exposure in the workplace
  • Well versed in project management. Business Analytic experience would be beneficial
