The successful Architect will have Post Part Three experience, a strong portfolio of residential projects and proficiency with AutoCAD, boasting creative designs and project lead experience.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• 3- 4 years of post Part Three qualification experience in the UK
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential
• Strong portfolio
• Proven experience working on residential and commercial projects
• Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
• Attend and input to site meetings
• Deliver drawings across the RIBA stages
• Liaise confidently with clients contractors and other stakeholders
• Strong technical ability
• Assist with managing a small team
• Job running experience
• Confident communicator both written and verbal
• Driven with professional development
• Live locally to Liverpool
• Keen to input to company growth and success
