Retrofit Assessor

A leading company within the renewables and energy sector are looking for a qualified Retrofit Assessor to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of reducing carbon footprints and improving energy performance across residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments of properties to identify energy efficiency improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive retrofit reports, including recommendations for energy-saving measures.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored retrofit strategies that meet their needs and comply with current regulations.
• Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and relevant legislation.
• Provide guidance on funding options and incentives available for retrofit projects.

Qualifications:

• Certified Retrofit Assessor (Elmhurst) and Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency measures and building regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
