Your New Role

• Processing invoices with accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborating with Supply Chain and Procurement to resolve queries.
• Monitoring GRNI receipts daily.
• Ensuring accurate supplier statement reconciliation.
• Reviewing debit balances regularly.
• Managing weekly Far East Supplier payments.
• Providing monthly departmental reports.
• Liaising with external auditors.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• High motivation and excellent prioritisation and planning skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Intermediate or higher knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with Sage is an advantage.
• Willingness to undertake additional tasks and projects.
