This market leader now seeks to recruit a Customer Operations Manager to support their recent rapid growth. The successful applicant will be responsible for
- Building and nurturing the relationships with key customers within the medical imaging equipment department
- Providing excellent customer care, with a view to contract retention and growth
- Building an extensive knowledge of customer service needs
Your Background - Customer Operations Manager, Medical Imaging Systems
To apply, you should be able to demonstrate one of the following:
- A background working as a medical imaging field service manager or a radiology manager with a clinical background
- A background in a medical or biomedical engineer role
- Experience working with MRI, CT or x-ray systems
- Experience in account management, business development or customer management
