We are seeking a dedicated individual for an important role where you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors at the FireFit Youth & Community Hub, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere, managing sign-ins, and addressing inquiries across multiple communication channels.
- Handle venue booking and hire requests, maintaining membership accounts and the booking management system accurately.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, stock control, and assisting with financial procedures like cash handling. Additionally, you will support the management team with ordering supplies and equipment.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential to provide outstanding service and handle inquiries from a diverse range of clients, both in person, over the phone, and digitally.
- Administrative Skills: Familiarity with administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and using booking systems. Experience in basic financial duties such as cash handling is also important.
- Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills: A keen eye for accuracy in data management and financial transactions, coupled with strong organizational abilities to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
