Teacher of Food Technology

Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of one of our Southport secondary schools who are looking for a Full Time Teacher of Food Technology. The role is a maternity cover and is to start asap until the end of term in July 2025.

The position will pay up to 251.71per day, depending on experience. Our client school are looking for a Teacher of Food Technology who possesses excellent subject knowledge from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4 and strong classroom management skills.

• Teacher of Food Technology to KS3 - KS4
• ASAP start
• Until July 2025
• Full Time role maternity cover
• Excellent subject knowledge in Food Technology
• Strong classroom manager skills

• 800 pupils on roll
• 11-16 school

The essentials:

• QTS or equivalent
• Experience teaching Food Technology to KS3 - KS4
• Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
• Full and complete 10-year career history
• Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
• Legal right to work in the UK
