Job Duties:

• Applying finishing touches to construction projects
• Sanding, painting, and varnishing surfaces
• Repairing any imperfections in surfaces
• Ensuring high-quality finishes on all projects

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finisher in the construction industry
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Physical stamina and strength for manual labour

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of various finishing techniques
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vocational training in finishing or related field
• Health and Safety certification

Working Conditions:
