EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor position for and on behalf of one of our clients.

The Building Surveyor position is for an established Liverpool based consultancy practice who work on projects in all sectors of the built environment.

The role is for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Professional services
  • Diplapidations, condition reports etc
• Project based work
  • Instructions
  • Variations
  • Contract administration

Requirements for the Senior Building Surveyor role are:

• Minimum of 4 years experience.
• Experience in all sectors of the built environemnt.
• Autonomously running projects.
• Consultancy experience.
