Job Title - Tenant Liaison Officer

Permanent - Liverpool

Salary - 16.80 Per hour + Company Van

Building Careers are currently working a Social Housing Contractor in the Northwest. Due to an increase in work, we are looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join their team.

Duties will include:

• Responsible for dealing with customers, visitors, and 3rd party stakeholders, delivering high levels of customer service
• Support customers, responding to their requests
• Liaise with teams, including Operational Planning and Service Improvement, to resolve any building issues
• Collate data from customers
• Undertake risk assessments
• Ensure systems are updated with accurate information regarding customer requests
• Identify opportunities to improve processes where possible
• Comply with all legal obligations, including Health and Safety

What skills do I need?

• Experience of Social Housing
• Ability to effectively communicate and react to customer feedback
• Effective planning and organisation skills
• Full driving license
