Auction Sales Negotiator
£23/24k basic with OTE circa £28k
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

We are seeking a dynamic Auction Sales Negotiator to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in managing the auction process and helping clients secure property deals. As an Auction Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for booking viewings, negotiating sales, and maintaining excellent communication with clients, while ensuring a top-tier customer service experience throughout the auction process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Book and organize property viewings, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
  • Negotiate sales terms and conditions on behalf of clients, aiming to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Provide clear and effective communication with clients, keeping them updated at every stage of the auction process.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, acting as a key point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth running of auctions, providing support as needed.
  • Keep detailed records of all communications and negotiations, ensuring all necessary paperwork and contracts are completed on time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout the auction process.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Passion for property: You should be enthusiastic about the property industry and the auction process.
  • Communication and customer service skills: Exceptional ability to engage with clients and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills: Strong capabilities in negotiating sales and resolving issues that may arise.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills: Precision in managing tasks and keeping accurate records.
  • Industry knowledge: Understanding of the property industry and auction processes (preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in property sales, with familiarity in auction settings being an advantage.
  • Relationship-building skills: Ability to build rapport with clients, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
  • Resilience under pressure: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:
This role as an Auction Sales Negotiator requires a commitment to a five-day working week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Salary:
Basic salary: £23,000 - £24,000
On-target earnings (OTE): Circa £28,000
