Working alongside one of my key clients, I'm looking to help recruit an Assistant Site Manager, Wirrall Merseyside

My client are a housing contractor, known & respected for delivering housing & apartments to the affordable market in & around the North West, for Housing Associations, Registered Providers & Councils alike.

About the company:

They've grown a lot in the last 5 years and are continuing to grow which means this could be an exciting time to join with lots of opportunity for progression & further development in the near future, at a rate of knots much faster than the PLC's & larger regional contractors & house builders.

This is a smaller development but attention to detail is essential and the applicant must have Timber Frame Experience

220 per day CIS
