The service you will work in….
Old Oak Road is a two year temporary step down accommodation for people mental health and complex needs the aim of the service is to get you ready for independent living and helps you to get involved with the wider community.
Hestia's Ealing Mental Health accommodation-based services are based in Acton. We support adults with mental health needs. We provide key work sessions to support individuals to meet their own aspirations with the aim to develop and build independent living skills and increase social inclusion, under the direction of the Team Manager. We work closely with local partners to ensure people have the support they need to achieve their goals.
A day in this role looks like….
As a Recovery Worker at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our Mental Health and Complex Needs service. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.

Experience of working with people who have people who have experience mental health and or dual diagnoses issues.
Knowledge an understanding of safeguarding issue.
