We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Residential Sales Negotiator to join our flagship Allerton Road office.
As a Residential Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, and driving sales to completion.

Key Responsibilities: - As a Residential Sales Negotiator, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing deals, ensuring clients have an excellent customer journey.
- Conduct property viewings and liaise with potential buyers, providing them with expert advice and information on properties.
- Effectively negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties.
- Manage client communications throughout the process, providing regular updates and handling any queries or concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure all administrative tasks, paperwork, and contracts are completed promptly and accurately.
- Consistently hit sales targets and KPIs, working in line with company goals to help achieve our overall success.
Qualifications: - Previous experience: A proven track record in a similar Residential Sales Negotiator role is essential.
- Communication and Customer Service: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- IT skills: Proficient in using various IT systems, including property management software and databases.
- Negotiation skills: Excellent ability to negotiate and secure favorable deals for clients, demonstrating confidence and professionalism.

Working Hours: This Residential Sales Negotiator position involves a five-day working week, with some flexibility required to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
Salary: Competitive basic salary
