Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year portfolio strategy for John West’s ambient seafood range, enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and market share
- Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with marketing, insights, R&D, and sales to drive brand excellence and innovation across multiple markets
- Be fully accountable for the end-to-end P&L performance of the brand, ensuring sustainable profitability and market leadership
- Develop new product innovations and ensure the strategic alignment of all product launches with global and local market demands
- Lead the development of brand assets, ensuring consistency in brand positioning, and optimise brand communication strategies
- Drive the annual brand plan, working with senior leadership to integrate marketing and commercial priorities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and consumer-first culture
- Engage with senior stakeholders across Thai Union and John West to align brand strategy with global commercial objectives
About You:
- Proven track record in leading brand portfolios in the FMCG sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of end-to-end profitability, P&L management, and portfolio strategy
- Demonstrated success in driving product innovation and brand differentiation in competitive markets
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate long-term vision into clear, actionable plans
- Passionate about sustainability and consumer-centric marketing
