We are a global masterbatch manufacturer and inventor of high-performance black and colour masterbatch solutions based in Liverpool. We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly organised and detail orientated Business Analyst Apprentice to join our team. In this role, the individual will take and understand the needs/problems from stakeholders and work to provide a solution to how these can be met through business change and digital solutions.

The role offers a permanent role upon completion of the apprenticeship depending on performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyse data to identify any technical or resource dependencies.
- Provide feedback on the feasibility of the data, including the scope and timeline.
- Verify the validity of the data with subject matter experts, business owners, or other stakeholders to ensure that they meet the business needs and objectives.
- Regularly investigate and analyse solutions to ensure the optimum one is chosen.
- Expand on logical and creative thinking skills to help solve business change challenges.
- Utilise structured approaches to identify, investigate, analyse and communicate complex business problems and opportunities.
- Analyse practical business cases to further understand different business scenarios.
- Learn how to lead the analysis, identification, design, prioritisation and implementation of processes and business changes to improve operations and services.
- Provide advice and guidance based on your own knowledge and experience.
Skills Required:
- Understanding of agile methodology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Problem analysis and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Aptitude to meet deadlines and support team members in their ability to do so.
- Maintain accurate records, using relevant systems and business processes.
- Training to be provided:
- The apprenticeship program is delivered virtually by a fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
- Successful completion of this 18 month course will give you an accredited Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship.
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
- A-Level or B-TEC completed in Business or Data.
