Scheme Manager

Scheme Manager - Liverpool - Up to £17ph

We're looking to recruit experienced Scheme Managers in the Merseyside region to support our Social Housing clients on an ongoing, temporary basis with hourly rates up to £17ph.
Key responsibilities:

• Creating a positive environment for resident engagement and encouraging to get involved in events at the scheme or within the community
  
• Daily wellbeing calls and responding to emergency calls
  
• Conducting routine health & safety checks and testing fire safety equipment
  
• Reviewing and updating risk assessments
  
• Voids, lettings, viewings and inductions
  
• Providing advice on low level rent arrears
  
• Managing and investigating complaints of low level anti-social behaviour
  
• Completing referrals for aids, adaptations and other technology to support residents to remain independent in their own homes
  
• Reporting repairs and liaising with internal teams to ensure work is carried out within agreed timescales
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience of working in a similar role/setting, providing housing and tenancy management, ideally with older and vulnerable people
  
• Experience of completing risk assessments and support plans, crisis management and managing overall health, safety and compliance
  
• Experience of providing budgeting advice and knowledge of the welfare benefit system
  
• Ability to use a range of ICT packages and systems
