Finance Director

My client is a leader in the Renewables Sector, they are looking for a dynamic Finance Director. You will have a wealth of experience and track record in driving business growth within the manufacturing / construction sector. Forming part of the management team, you will be pivotal in shaping the financial future through co-developing and executing the business strategy. With full responsibility for the finance function you will ensure the deliverance of financial targets.

As Finance Director you will be responsible for :

• Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing finance team
• Forming part of the Finance leadership team and supporting the delivery of financial strategy, cost management, and operational improvements
• Managing all financial and audit requirements
• The production of an annual budget which is both accurate and robust
• Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with international standards and regulations

As Finance Director you will have :

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent
• Proven experience business partnering as a Finance Director for growth
• Strong leadership skills
• An in-depth understanding of Construction processes, cost accounting and the ability to work both strategically and operationally
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong analytical skills and the experience of providing right first time financial accounts
