Job Title:Peripatetic Support Manager

Hours of Work:37.5 hours per week
Salary:£36,000 per annum + £2,000 car allowance (with mileage paid at 45p per mile)*
Location:Various locations requiring travel, including:

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic problem-solver to join our team as a Peripatetic Support Manager to drive success and motivate excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide interim and ongoing support to selected services or registered locations, including those with vacant leadership positions.
  • Support local teams to drive quality services through effective leadership and promoting best practices in line with our policies and procedures.
  • Manage CQC registration as designated, ensuring compliance and service delivery according to regulatory and company standards.
  • Deliver excellent service aligned with quality and commercial expectations.
  • Escalate any issues, concerns, or feedback to operational and support function leads.
  • Support recruitment and induction processes for new starters or internal promotions.
  • Participate in the operational regional on-call system, escalating to SEER as required.
  • Collaborate with external and internal partners, such as health agencies, family stakeholders, and local authorities.
  • Review processes, support action plans and business objectives, and assist in preparing and opening new services or registered locations.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of CQC compliance and legislation to inform decisions and assist with the implementation of processes to ensure high standards of support.
