Payroll Advisor, £26,000 - £27,000, Hybrid
About the role:
Join this experienced and supportive team to manage end-to-end payrolls across multiple systems for over 40 locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payrolls accurately and timely.Complete RTI submissions to HMRC.Manage pension administration and auto-enrolment reporting.Handle payroll data activities (e.g., new starters, tax codes).Support the Payroll Manager and team.Maintain accurate documentation and internal controls.Skills and Experience:Extensive payroll experience, including managing complex payrolls.Knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, SSP, SMP, and RTI.Proficient in Excel and payroll systems (ELF, Success Factors).Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to build good working relationships and take ownership of tasks.Benefits:Free on-site parking.Hybrid working model (2 days in office, 3 days from home).25 days holiday + bank holidays (option to buy 5 more).Employee schemes and discounts
