Tax Manager

Our client, an ambitious & well-established Wealth & Investment Management firm are looking to appoint a Tax Manager.

The role will see you providing a range of tax advice to clients, whilst supporting the Tax Director with client management, identifying tax advisory opportunities and supporting the on-going development of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate tax returns, including income tax and capital gains tax.
• Provide expert tax advice to clients, identifying planning opportunities and mitigating potential tax risks.
• Work closely with clients to understand their financial circumstances and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless client service.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of the tax team through knowledge sharing and mentoring.

The ideal candidate will qualified, or working towards, ATT or CTA with a proven track record in personal tax compliance and advisory. You will have strong technical knowledge of UK tax; possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a team; and experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
