About the role

This is a full-time role responsible for managing site projects, ensuring efficient delivery (project management) of our fire and smoke curtain orders. This role is the primary point of contact for customers once an order has landed through to completion. You will work closely with our internal and external teams to manage the programme of purchased materials and labour, including logistics and ensuring quality control. It will also involve building the installation teams and implementing strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance. You will ultimately be accountable for:

• The overall coordination, management, and leadership of approximately 20-40 live external contracts at any one time, from order through design management and manufacture, to installation, commissioning and hand-over.
• Managing all on-site activities ensuring safety standards and that projects are delivered on time, often on new build construction sites, with the objective of managing GP and achieving an NPS score of 80%+ across all project stakeholders.
• Mitigating risks, resolving issues and ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered.
• Effectively managing resource allocation and optimising workflows to improve efficiency.
• Pro-active pragmatic planning and follow up, and being a first-class communicator are vital in this role.

About you

If you are mechanically and electrically minded and comfortable with finding solutions and troubleshooting problems, this job will be the perfect fit for you. It is essential that you have proven project management experience working with JCT and NEC contracts and main contractors, in addition to this there are a few standout skills that will set you apart from the crowd.
