Location: Liverpool (100% On-Site)

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Optimize CRM processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CRM management (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A creative mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction.
