HR Advisor


Title: HR Administrator

Location: Chester. Hybrid 50% of the time

Contract length: 9 months

FTE: 1.0 35 hours per week


Our client is a global pharmaceutical company based in Chester. They are currently looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. In this role the candidate would provide administrative support to the local and global HR function, gathering, compiling and maintaining HR-related information and preparing various reports and documents.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving cases to all HR matters.
  • Responding to queries received from managers & employees - general queries related to HR processes e.g. new hires, onboarding, policy queries etc.
  • Manage personnel files and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.


Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in French
  • High/Secondary School education or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
