**Key Responsibilities:**

- Operate CNC machines to produce precision optical components.

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise.

- Ensure all products meet stringent quality standards.

- Manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

- Assist in the development of new product lines and improvements.

Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a CNC operator, preferably in the optical industry.

- Grade C GCSE Maths

- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
