Legal Advisor

Swift Placements are seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to join our clients team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and support to our organisation, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of personal injury claims.
• Assess liability of claims, providing support to clients.
• Settle claims as soon as is possible within caseload.
• To achieve and exceed all targets set.
• To deal with post, telephone calls and e-mails.
• Utilise case management system.
• Analyse legal issues and provide accurate advice to clients or colleagues
• Draft legal documents.

Skills

• Experience of Personal Injury or Insurance.
• Organisational abilities to manage caseload effectively.
• Experience of working with a case management system.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good team working skills.
• Administrative proficiency to handle documentation and paperwork efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients professionally.
