If you are entrepreneurial, creative, and always ready to go the extra mile, we want you on board to help drive our business forward.

Role Overview: MI Analyst

As an MI Analyst, you will play a vital role in optimizing our suite of management information (MI) reports, integrating data from multiple sources into SSRS and Power BI.

  • Refine SQL jobs to enhance data performance and availability for reporting.
  • Ensure data from various systems is available within the SQL data warehouse for reporting.
  • Provide data and define processes within Finance for reconciling payments and receipts.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven experience as an MI Analyst, ideally in an online travel setting.

  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics to analyse customer website journeys and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm for using new technologies and tools to interpret data.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Personal Qualities:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organized and able to work diligently at pace.
  • Proactive, delivery-driven, and highly self-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
  • High levels of concentration and focus.

Location & Hours:

This is a full-time, office-based role in Chester, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

If you're ready to help turn dreams into reality and contribute to our continued success, we want to hear from you! Apply today and join a company where your skills and passion will make a real difference.
