Due to a new contract win they are looking for a Site Manager with Student Accomodation refurbishment experience,

The role

The client has a project in London for a Student Accomodation refurbishment, It is a 26 week project.

Requirements

• You will be required to work in London to oversee the whole project for the 26 weeks
• Digs will be provided.
• SMSTS required
• CSCS required
• Have a full UK licence
• Have experience with refurbishment and student accomodation.
