Security Cleared ServiceNow Requirement - CSM (Order Management Required)

I am currently on the hunt for a ServiceNow SME to help a consultancy client of mine looking to support on a Public Sector project. The requirement requires experience with CSM and in particular "Order Management". The ideal candidate will be actively Security Cleared also or have been Security Cleared in the past.
