Site Manager

Are you a motivated and experienced Site Manager with a background in social housing? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client, a leading name in the construction industry, is looking to expand their dedicated team due to rapid growth and exciting new projects across the North West and Merseyside regions.

Role Overview:

As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality refurbishment projects, including kitchen and bathroom renovations and the replacement of windows and doors. Your expertise will ensure that all projects are managed efficiently from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Prepare progress reports and monitor project schedules, ensuring quality control.
- Manage budgets in collaboration with Quantity Surveyors to enhance project profitability.
- Coordinate team objectives and plan activities for effective workflow.
- Evaluate team performance and support professional development.
- Oversee thorough induction processes and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure tradespeople have the necessary materials and equipment to complete tasks.
- Maintain a safe and compliant site environment.
- Uphold high standards of quality across all work, whether conducted by staff or contractors.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically in social housing refurbishment projects.
- Minimum qualifications: SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid at Work. Asbestos Awareness is a plus but not mandatory.
