FACILITIES MANAGEMENT CUSTOMER INTERFACE


NEW CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE IN BROUGHTON FOR A FACILITIES MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

  • On-site in Broughton
  • Initial Contract until August 2025
  • £35ph working 35 hours per week over 4.5 days
  • 1 stage interview


WHAT WILL THE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT CUSTOMER INTERFACE BE DOING?

This role will be to oversee several facilities projects across the Broughton site ranging from maintenance to construction projects, acting as the customer interface to enforce action. Other roles include:

  • Working with Site Business Partners and Building Custodians
  • Providing support to health and safety topics requiring action
  • Communicating updates on FM topics to the wider business
  • Acting as a local voice of FM at Site level working groups


WE NEED THE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT CUSTOMER INTERFACE TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING…

  • Experience in facilities management ideally in a factory/production environment
  • Project Management and Project Delivery experience
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Awareness of HSE regulations is preferable
