Aramark UK have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic inspirational hospitality leader to join us as Senior Premium Operations Manager at Everton Football Club. The impressive brand-new Bramley-Moore Liverpool stadium is set to be one of the most revolutionary and advanced venues for fan experience in Europe. Serving 52,888 fans per matchday, the mission is to set the standard for excellence and create exceptional experiences for Evertonians.


Reporting to Aramark’s Food & Beverage Experience Director, the Senior Premium Operations Manager will have full accountability for the delivery of a diverse and effective, high volume retail food and beverage operation, to match the venues ambition, brand specifications and standards.

You will lead the team to deliver exceptional dining concepts from private dining, A la Carte restaurants, executives suites and fast paced bars and lounges that will cater for up to 4500 premium members on match days. These spaces are used as conference and events facilities on non-match days.


You will lead a team of permanent managers and an extensive casual team to deliver all outlets creating an immersive dining experience coupled with outstanding products and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on building a balanced team and install key processes and best practice into each plan created
  • Frequent liaison with the venue and senior leadership team to agree strategy and direction of travel, developing and monitoring tactical plans to deliver
  • During mobilisation you will develop and implement a comprehensive mobilisation plan for premium hospitality services
  • Oversee the setup and configuration of all premium hospitality areas, including suites, VIP lounges, and exclusive dining areas
  • Ensure all facilities meet high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Work with suppliers and contractors to procure necessary equipment, furnishings, and supplies
  • Oversee the overall Hospitality strategy including People management, menu offering, labour planning and client liaison to the highest standard
  • Ensure that effective and robust recruitment plans and processes exist to source and deploy large volumes of casual workers per differing event requirements
  • Develop training programs to ensure staff are equipped to provide exceptional service to Premium guests
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and sustain a high level of team energy and engagement, focused on great food and hospitality
  • Financially accountable for all costs and profitability of the premium operations, both match and non-match day
  • Liaising with culinary and the Aramark marketing team to implement continuous product development and drive innovation and new ideas.
  • Ensure competent levels of commercial understanding and awareness through you teams


Key Requirements:

  • A naturally confident leader, with senior management experience to inspire large operational teams to deliver results
  • Able to show, from previous experience that you are confidently able to manage a mixed portfolio of outlets and business functions
  • Experience of working with a client group
  • Senior management presence to engage with client, peers and functional specialists
  • Passionate about people, building and developing teams to secure a culture of development and growth
  • Excellent communication skills – able to influence all stakeholder levels
  • Previous Profit & Loss accountability and ability to manage costs to ensure maximum profitability
  • To lead a safe & hygienic operation, complying with all Company & legislative requirements, driving excellence in safety performance
