EL PL Fee Earner / Solicitor

A Legal 500, litigation Law Firm is looking to recruit several Senior EL PL Fee Earners to their Northern teams. This an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning firm who are expanding.

You will be running a caseload of fast-track and multi-track EL PL caseload. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Dealing all aspects of pre and post issue procedures in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Dealing with a mixed caseload from inception to conclusion

The ideal candidate will be:

• 2+ years PQE or equivalent in fee earning experience
• Knowledge of running a Fast Track and multi-track caseload
• An understanding of Pre-Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules
• And understanding of the MOJ Portal process, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Occupiers Liability Act 1957, The Highways Act 1980.
