Divisional Director

Our customer is a well known Workplace & Facilities Services business, they deliver both hard and soft FM into public and private sector customers. With a global reach they are widely regarded as a market leading services business with a people centric focus and a portfolio of prestigious clients. We are recruiting for a Divisional Director to manage and develop the delivery of IFM services across a large scale customer portfolio. The client base includes banking, professional services, technology and media clients. You will be responsible for a number of key areas Leading a large multi disciplinary service team Identifying commercial opportunities and driving contract growth Managing and developing customer relationships Ensuring contractual compliance Working wit the sales function to identify new customer markets Upskilling and developing the management team Utilising data, BI and technology to drive performance We are looking for an exceptionally customer facing lead, you must be able to operate at the most senior (board) level and have experience of managing high volume FM services. Financial responsibility for 100mil+ P&L is also required.
