The Role

Commercial Real Estate Partner - Up to £125,000 salary

This is a superb opportunity to join a Top 40 national law firm within their award-winning Real Estate department, offering specialist quality legal advice to a broad range of private individuals and businesses.

The team advises on a full range of real estate transactions, including advising an extensive client base consisting of investors, developers and lenders.

The firm requires a Commercial Property Partner with demonstrable experience running a high-value, complex caseload with a growth mindset, and ideally a portable client following to continue to expand the dynamic team. The role involves working closely with the Head of Department on business development opportunities, as well as supervising and delegating work to junior solicitors.

The incoming Partner can work from any of their offices including Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Newcastle.

The Candidate

• Real Estate Managing Associate/Partner with experience gained at a reputable law firm
• A portable client following would be highly advantageous
• Strong technical ability, commercial acumen, and a passion for business development
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload of property matters from inception to completion
• Ability to work within a team to develop and grow the department
• Strong academic profile
